Terms of Service

Ergexo helps organizations coordinate property turnovers, inspections, issues, cleaning, maintenance, inventory, providers and readiness.

Ergexo is a coordination platform. We do not employ, supervise, insure or guarantee the work of your cleaners, contractors or other providers. Your organization remains responsible for provider selection, work approval, operational decisions and deciding whether a property is ready.

You are responsible for your account, the users you invite and the information your organization enters into Ergexo.

You must use the service lawfully and must not attempt to access another organization's data, interfere with the service or use provider links for purposes unrelated to the work they describe.

Your organization retains ownership of the information it enters into Ergexo. We process that information to provide and operate the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your operational data.

Ergexo plans are billed monthly based on active units. Current plans, included units and additional-unit pricing are shown on our Pricing page.

Only active units are billed. Archived or inactive units are not billed.

Prices exclude applicable taxes. Payments are processed in advance by our payment provider.

New organizations may receive a 14-day free trial. If no paid plan is started when the trial ends, access to create new operational work may be restricted while existing records remain available according to the service rules.

Upgrades may take effect immediately and may be prorated for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades normally take effect at the next renewal.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Fees already paid for that period are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

After the subscription ends, data remains available for a limited period before deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If payment fails, we may retry the payment and notify you.

We may restrict or suspend an unpaid account after notice. Where reasonably possible, we will avoid interrupting active operational work solely because of a temporary payment failure.

We may also suspend access where necessary to protect the service, other users, or comply with law.

We aim to keep Ergexo available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Published plans do not include a service level agreement unless expressly stated. Enterprise agreements may include separate availability commitments.

You must not:

• use Ergexo unlawfully;
• store information you have no right to process;
• attempt to access another organization's data;
• probe, attack or disrupt the service;
• resell or white-label Ergexo without written permission;
• misuse provider job links or communication features;
• use Ergexo messaging tools for unsolicited or unlawful communications.

Ergexo supports your operations but does not operate properties or perform provider work on your behalf.

To the extent permitted by law, Greatly Living LLC is not responsible for losses caused by provider performance, operational decisions made by your organization, delayed property readiness, missed bookings or similar indirect business losses.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service during any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us during that period.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

You may stop using Ergexo at any time.

We may terminate or suspend the agreement if you materially breach these Terms and do not correct the breach after reasonable notice, or immediately where required for security, abuse prevention or legal compliance.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable advance notice.

Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
